Question: “How do I take care of my products once they arrive?”

Your products are 100% all natural. Depending on the shipping location, it may melt due to extreme temperatures. Please keep an eye out for your package. If it has melted while in route, don’t worry! Just stick it in the fridge for a few hours, and the product will harden again.

Question: “My product is too hard now. How can I get it soft again?”

If you let it sit out in warm room temperature, or heat it up for a few seconds, your product will soften again.

Question: “What color will my butters be?”

Depending on the type of butter you purchased, it range from an off-white to yellowish color.

Question: “How long will it take for my product to ship?”

Products in stock typically take between 1-3 business days to ship. Vann Cosmetics ships priority mail.
